Pastor James Kimathi is a devoted Christian leader with a deep commitment to sharing the word of God and bringing spiritual transformation to people’s lives. He has been a dedicated follower of Christ since the age of twelve. Known for his life-changing teachings on prayer and spiritual living, he is a passionate prayer warrior and Bible scholar
He holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry from Kenyatta University . He has served as a Youth Pastor and currently serves as the senior pastor at Life Church International in Kasarani. His primary focus is on nurturing individuals in his care, helping them grow in Christ and empowering them with sound doctrine and spiritual power.

Pastor James is under the guidance of Apostle Dr. David Juma, the apostolic leader of Life Church International. He is happily married to Pastor Patience Kimathi, and together with their children, they are actively involved in various ministries to bless the body of Christ.
Our Apostolic Leaders
Apostle David Juma is the senior leader of Life Church International an ever growing ministry with branches across and outside Kenya.
Over the years, Apostle David has also been impactful to the body of Christ in Kenya and internationally through the different leadership positions he had held. He is the Team Leader of the Alliance of Apostolic Churches and Ministries (AACM) an umbrella body and a relational network of senior ministers and Apostolic Churches in Kenya.
Apostle David is also the founder of Gospel Light College and Elevate Television. He is also an accomplished author.
Pastor Asunta Juma is a Co-pastor of Life Church International Nairobi and a Co-leader of Life Church International churches.
Pastor Asunta heads the Women of Power ministry and hosts an annual women’s conference dubbed the Women of Power conference. She is also a director and a host of Tracing the Mantles Elevate TV. She also serves as the principal at Gospel Light College and is an accomplished author.
