The other way to activate the power within is through High Spiritual Praise.
Let the high praises of God be in their mouth,
And a two-edged sword in their hand,
7 To execute vengeance on the nations,
And punishments on the peoples;
8 To bind their kings with chains,
And their nobles with fetters of iron;
9 To execute on them the written judgment—
This honor have all His saints. (Psa. 149:6-9, NKJV)
Praise simply means where you have positioned God in your life. If situations come and you allow them to be more magnified that God in your life, then those situations become your god. There is a reason why the Bible says that ‘the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God to the pulling down of strongholds…’
Anything you exalt that is not God will aways keep you down unless you bring it under the obedience of Christ through praise. Praise enthrones God in your life and activates dimensions of power.
25 But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. 26 Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed. (Acts 16: 25-26, NKJV)
