You must realize that Jesus is calling you from a season of wastage to accuracy of purpose and mandate. The more you delay the more you remain lost. If you keep living your life without following Christ, you will never know your purpose.
You cannot follow Christ unless you have his nature in you and its only by getting born again that you get this nature.
The word disciple comes from the Greek word  mathētḗs which means a student, a learner, or one who follows after another.
If you ever exercise the authority of Christ on earth it must yield the result of making disciples of Christ. If that does not happen, you have wasted the authority given to you.
It is when you wait that your muscles are built up and it’s also here that God tests you so that he can trust you with resources.
The wisdom of the world is always evolving and thus cannot be relied upon.
